Adecco is currently hiring for an Operations Officer II in Downtown Toronto. To qualify for the Operations Officer II role, you must have excellent communication skills, strong Microsoft Office knowledge and high level of data entry skills.

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who have ability to work well with team members and ensuring accountability are met within set timelines. Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. Operations Officer II is a 1-year contract position.

 

Operations Officer II Responsibilities:

  • Determine appropriate treatment for physical proxies, action and maintain log
  • Download over-vote reports (upon notification), reconcile, escalate & log as required
  • Vote and maintain log of SEI managed accounts (Lead Officer Votes)
  • Respond to search cards for OIS
  • Obtain clear instructions and vote Foreign positions for ISM (upon demand)
  • Coordinate setup of exception processing/proxy edge instructions with Broadridge
  • Answer proxy related queries (phone, email, tickets)
  • Download and save secure files transmitted by Broadridge (upon notification)
  • Proxy Solicitation
  • Confirm execution of sda, prepare notice, burst & communicate.
  • Gather data, confirm completion of terms, prepare and submit claim
  • Follow-up, receive payment, prepare disbursement schedule, coordinate payment via finance
  • Report, escalate & communicate any unusual items, issues
  • Assist team and perform other tasks, as assigned

 

Operations Officer II Qualifications:

  • Brokerage experience is an asset
  • Good organizational and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
  • Excellent Typing/Data entry (speed and & accuracy)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills
  • Enthusiastic individual who demonstrates the ability to work in a high volume, fast paced and high-risk environment
