Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual (French/English) Operations Officer III in Mississauga, Ontario. To qualify for the Operations Officer III role, you must speak fluent French and English, have strong Microsoft Office knowledge and high level of data entry skills.

 

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who have ability to work well with team members and ensuring accountability are met within set timelines. Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 1-year contract position (e.g. Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm) flexibility required, with a pay rate of $21.05 per hour.

           

Operations Officer III Responsibilities:
  • Ability to provide advice and solutions utilizing established Company Policy and Procedures.
  •  Adherence to documented policies & procedures in support of Quality Control targets
  • Review and authentication of documents, processing and liquidation of portfolios including assets and liabilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise for internal and external parties
  • Work closely in a team environment to meet individual and team driven benchmarks and service level agreements
  • Utilize existing data entry skills ensuring speed and accuracy
  • Ability to make decisions to mitigate loss
  • Advanced understanding of MS Office Applications including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Be an effective team player and flexible in adjusting to work priorities
  • Manage efficiently in a multi-tasked environment and ensure deadlines are met
 Operations Officer III Qualifications:
  • Good organizational and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
  • Ability to work well under pressure and tight timelines
  • Keyboarding, data entry skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products
