Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual (French/English) Operations Officer III in Mississauga, Ontario. To qualify for the Operations Officer III role, the candidate must have a strong and fluent ability to read and write French and English, have excellent time management and strong data entry skills with a high accuracy rate.


We are looking for superior customer service abilities and strong telephone skills. A candidate who is also, detail-oriented and can work individually or as part of a team while still meeting top accountability. Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. The position is a 2 month in length contract with hours/shifts such as Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm and Saturday 9am-5pm, with a pay rate of $19.85 per hour.


Operations Officer III Responsibilities:

  • Manage efficiently in a multi-tasked environment and ensure deadlines are met
  • Ability to quickly learn new applications and processes
  • manage deadlines and priorities within a high pace environment
  • Ability to scrutinize and assess gaps and potential solutions
  • Strong written, and verbal communication skills
  • Superior customer service abilities and strong telephone skills
  • Support partner and customers relationships
  • Ability to provide advice and solutions utilizing established Company Policy and Procedures.
  •  Adherence to documented policies & procedures in support of Quality Control targets  
  • Work closely in a team environment to meet individual and team driven benchmarks and service level agreements
  • Utilize existing data entry skills ensuring speed and accuracy
  • Advanced understanding of MS Office Applications including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Be an effective team player and flexible in adjusting to work priorities



 Operations Officer III Qualifications:
