Operations Officer l

Adecco is currently hiring for an Operations Officer to work from home for our client located in Montreal, QC. To qualify for the Operations Officer position, you must be bilingual (French/English), have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products, and work in a fast paced environment.

Our client is a large, reliable, and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 1-year full time contract with the possibility of extension, paying $19.00 an hour.

Operations Officer Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions and advice by consistently utilizing established customer care framework
  • Meet the team driven benchmarks and service level agreements by working closely in a team environment
  • Responsible to provide improvement suggestions as well as communicating valued input during meetings
  • Utilize data entry skills to ensure and balance speed and accuracy
  • Operations Officer Main Requirements:

  • Completion of high school required. Post secondary/undergrad preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Can learn fast and work well in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent data entry skills and 40 WPM typing skills
  • Please note that a credit check and criminal background check are required for this role.
