Operations Officer

On behalf of our top Banking client in Canada, Adecco is currently looking for an Operations Officer to work remote and be able to work onsite in Montreal, QC. If you have excellent communication skills and the ability to work full-time hours, this job is for you!

Operations Officer is a 6 month contract position with the possibility of extension and conversion to permanent, paying $19.00/hr.


Operations Officer Responsibilities:
• Day to day involves – reviewing checks, sales reports, documents and other bank operations tasks

• Perform general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities
• Maintain logs of activities and perform excessive administrative duties as required
• Creating and maintaining security profiles across various platforms

Operations Officer Requirements (Must Have):
• Prior experience in admin or customer service is an asset
• Some experience in finance industry is an asset
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
