Adecco is currently seeking a full-time Operations Shift Scheduler for a long-term contract, with potential for permanent placement, at a reputable oil and gas company in Lloydminster, SK. In this role, you will be responsible for managing shift schedules to ensure team requirements are met. If you have a strong understanding of work management processes and proficiency in Excel, this role could be the perfect fit for you!

· Shifts: Monday – Friday; 8 hours per day

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform scheduled call-outs to staff for project and maintenance support
· Perform short-notice call-outs to staff to meet team requirements
· Update and keep current the shift manning schedules
· Update and keep current the overtime workbook
· Be the resident expert in the application of the Overtime Call-Out Procedure.
Requirements and Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Experience working in a 24-7 rotating shift environment
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Strong team player with self-motivation and ability to work independently
· Forward-thinking with change agility and ability to develop potential
· Effective communication and collaboration skills
· Technical proficiency and drive for results
· Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
