Adecco is currently recruiting for an Operations Specialist II in Toronto, ON. Our client is one of the large and reputable insurance company. 
This Operations Specialist II position is a 6-months contract with a pay rate of $21.00/hr.
Operations Specialist II Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of invoices,complex, confidential and related policy documentation, fee transactions, finance requests, up to date computer system records, new business processes and all other documents
- Provide coaching and support to Operations team Executives on all documentation and report preparation. And act as a mentor to Operations Services Executives to ensure they have working knowledge of systems and processes within the Service team
- Provide support to the Operations team leaders, Subject Matter Expertise (SME), business stakeholders and participate in group and business unit lead initiatives.
- Contribute to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA) , Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives, manage and prioritize own workload,, processing of complex transactions and resolution of escalated matters within SLA
- Adhere to the companies policies, procedures. Perform others duties as assigned
Operations Specialist II Qualifications:
- College/university degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years previous work experience with 1-2 years previous insurance or financial services experience an asset
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Strong leadership, problem solving and networking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (or equivalent) – Outlook, Word and Excel
