Operations Supervisor


Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time, permanent Operations Supervisor in Mississauga, ON for a well-established and nationwide company majoring in building and commercial cleaning services. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple building management accounts in various regions. •    Salary: $55,000-60,000/year
•    Location: Mississauga, ON 
•    Shifts: Days - must be flexible
•    Job type: Full-time | Permanent

  • Job responsibilities include: 

  • Responsible for operational activties: planning, directing, organizing and controlling of the schedule
  • Build strong customer relationships by responding with a sense of urgency
  • Evaluate and monitor area of management to ensure performance and services are being met and company compliance is fulfilled 
  • Service and manage contracts while being responsible for invoice control and budgeting
  • Responsible for employee oversight following HR policies and direction
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
  • 3-5 years of leadership/management experience is desirable
  • Demonstrated dependability with the ability to work flexible hours, and travel as required
  • General understanding of financial principles, including budgeting and profitability
  • Intermediate computer skills including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel
