Adecco is looking for a hardworking and committed Operations Support Assistant who can make great contributions to our clients organization, a leading service provider in preventive and predictive mechanical system maintenance and repairs. The successful candidate must be good at working in a team, and possess a willingness to learn and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to every project. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure effective management and control of all administrative functions
  • Assist in job related filing and archiving, including reviewing and updating information in files
  • Preparation of binders, letters and other documents as required
  • Printing and organizing monthly maintenance
  • Preparing filter orders monthly
  • Update computer system based on technician notes
  • Back up Dispatch and/or switchboard for lunch breaks and holidays.
  • Assisting operations staff as needed with special projects. I.E. Deficiency Reports, taking permits
  • Logging safety data sheets.
  • Preparing manual service reports for subcontractors other duties as required
