Order Desk Associate

Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Order Desk Associate for our client, a well-established warehouse company located in Calgary, AB. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with order picking and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

  • Pay rate: $21/hour
  • Location: Calgary, AB
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday| 7:30 AM- 4 PM
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

  • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently via website, email, and phone
  • Enter order information and perform data entry duties
  • Assist in order picking and packing duties
  • Operate counterbalance forklift as required
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in an industrial/warehouse setting
  • Knowledge of industrial supplies, parts and services is desirable
  • Experience operating a counterbalance forklift machine
  • Must be customer oriented
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
