Key responsibilities for the Billing and Order Entry Administrator job opening in North York, ON will include the following but are not limited to:

Create and update customer profiles in a database
Take in orders over the phone/fax/email and process in the system
Generate invoice from system to ensure timely submission and error free
Set up and process credit cards for payments in a billing system
Liaise with customers to explain charges to accounts for clearer understanding
Follow up on delinquent invoices
Verify data and correct where necessary and reach out to obtain further information for incomplete documents
Other reception, customer service and clerical support where required

Minimum qualifications for the Billing and Order Entry Clerk job opening in North York, ON are as follows;

approximately 1 year experience in a Billings Clerk, Collections Administrator or Order Entry Clerk capacity (or something similar)
Excellent English communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Confident and outgoing personality
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
Accurate keyboard skills and a proven ability to enter data at the required speed
Completed high school diploma at minimum
