Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary to permanent, full-time Order Picker for our client, an established company majoring in outdoor gear located in Burnaby, BC. Get your foot in the door with our client who values employee growth and has a friendly work environment.

  • Pay rate: $20/hour
  • Location: Burnaby, BC
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday | 6 AM – 2:30 PM 
  • Job type: Full-time | Temporary to Permanent

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Picks up and delivers production outputs.
  • Adjusts and moves items within MAP system while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Inspects and performs quality assurance to verify the information of the production outputs.
  • Sorts, matches, and delivers bundles, and sub-materials to employees as instructed by the supervisor.
  • Transports Work in Progress to next production station. Transports finished products to the Trimming Department.
  • Adheres to all policies and procedures and takes initiative to make suggestions to the supervisor to improve work processes.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Receives cross-training on other jobs, if necessary.

  • Job Requirements:
  • Grade 10 Education or equivalent is needed
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
  • Able to handle and lift up to 50lbs
  • Should have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Capable of following verbal and/or written work instructions and techniques
  • Should have good work ethic and be honest, patient, reliable and careful
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Capable of recognizing special instructions for Customer orders
  • Must be detail oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining the highest quality workmanship
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
