Outside Sales Executive; Technical Contract Services (Fire & Security)

 

Adecco is currently hiring for an Outside Sales Executive; Technical Contract Services in Mississauga, ON. In order to be considered for this position the successful candidate needs to have at least 2 years of Customer Service and Business Development experience.

 

Our client delivers advanced solutions to many of the most demanding security and life safety requirements across the country. Their fire and security segment includes a wide range of residential, commercial and industrial systems, including fire and carbon monoxide detection, alarm signaling, incident management, evacuation, monitoring; fire, gas and water mist suppression, fire and gas Security solutions, and HVAC, industrial equipment controls. Their coast-to-coast coverage is provided through a team of experts sharing a common focus on service excellence for over 200 years.

 

Outside Sales Executive (Fire & Security) Responsibilities:

  • Show strong stakeholder management skills by ascertaining client’s needs, addressing all client issues and assist with sourcing solutions for all parties
  • Assess existing client issues and provide solutions for new prospects through facilitating Value Add service to clients through the presenting product solutions
  • Generate referrals from existing business through relationship building and professional representation of company and their services
  • Attend industry specific events to increase business revenue streams through effective networking
  • Attends trade shows, seminars and meetings that relate to the sales and marketing of the product(s)/services.
  • Outside Sales Executive (Fire & Security) Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of product and service selling within a fast-paced environment
  • Hold a College or University Degree or Diploma, preferably in a technical field
  • Able to achieve goals through proactive selling over the phone
  • Strong analysis and stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent Communication skills – oral, presentation and written as will be interacting with senior level management
  • Superior organization, prioritization, independent work and time management skills
  • Exceptional computer skills including working with CRM Systems
  • Compensation:

  • 50K base salary + commission
  • 2-3 weeks paid vacation (based on experience)
