Adecco is currently recruiting for a full time permanent Outside Sales Representative - Hospitality job in Edmonton, AB. The Outside Sales Representative - Hospitality will be responsible for cultivating new business relationships and maintaining a commercial book of business. Our client owns two properties in the Edmonton area and are looking to expand their sales team in the hospitality sector. They are offering a base salary of $40K plus commission to easily double your salary in the first year!

Outside Sales Representative - Hospitality Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls from self generated leads and sourced lists
- Create and build relationships through strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Generate new business leads through innovative strategies and processes
- Meet or exceed provided sales targets for transient and group revenue
- Frequently communicate with hotel teams and sales personnel to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction


The ideal candidate will be a recent business grad who is relatively new to the sales industry and is seeking an opportunity to build a professional career
You are an energetic and ambitious individual with the drive to achieve and excel
Time flexible for client communication and service needs
Ability to travel out of city – not frequent (about once or twice every 6 months)
Team player who is self motivated
Strong computer and documentation skills
