Adecco is currently hiring for a Permanent Part-Time Accounting Clerk for our client located in Brampton, ON. To qualify for this Part-Time Accounting Clerk role, you must have basic Accounting knowledge, strong proficiency using MS Office and have a High School Diploma. Our client is a leader in providing Vehicle Auctions. Our client offers a positive work environment and extensive training program. The salary for this Part-Time Accounting Clerk will be $32,000 per year. 

Part-Time Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:
• Perform daily deposits including offsite deposits to and from other sites    
• Apply cheque payments received via mail and courier including EFTs to customer’s account in a timely       manner     
• Scan daily cheque deposits thru internal emote system 
• Send  weekly invoices and monthly statements to customers     
• Perform regular filing of accounting documents/back up information       
• Other duties as assigned              

Part-Time Accounting Clerk Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent in education/experience    
• Basic accounting knowledge required     
• Proficient in Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Outlook)    
• Excellent data entry skills (quick & accurate)    
• Good time management and organizational skills    
• Must be detail oriented and have proven ability to multi-task
