  • Verify and posts invoices for all transactions
  • Provide discounts by ensuring invoices are accounted for in timely manner
  • Assign general ledger codes to invoices manually and in the system
  • Create invoices for transactions for clients
  • Reconcile accounts for financial statements
  • Process expense reports in accordance with companys policy
  • Assists with month end closing through accruals calculations and journal entries
The qualifications for the part-time Accounts Payable Clerk in Vaughan, ON includes:
  • 1+ year of full cycle Accounts Payable experience, preferably within a manufacturing setting is an asset
  • Strong technical skills in MS Excel; Great Plains a strong asset to have
  • Professional communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external members
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Our client offers a great team based setting and free parking on premise.
