Adecco Professional is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to work on a part-time, temporary basis for the next 3 months or potentially longer. We are looking for someone who is committed, dynamic and flexible while having a passion for working in the non-profit arena. To qualify for these opportunities, you must have at least 1-2+ years’ experience in an Administrative Assistant capacity and be available to start quite immediately – read on for more;

Responsibilities for the Part Time Administrative Assistant job opening in Toronto, ON may include but are not limited to:

Providing administrative support to busy team; various tasks to conduct
Scheduling appointments and meetings
Preparing documents, correspondence and reports; heavy use of Word and Excel
Processing expense reports; organizing and inputting
Maintaining and updating the filing system, scanning, photocopying
Providing ad hoc support to the team in various clerical functions; no job to big or small

Qualifications for the Part Time Administrative Assistant job opening in Toronto, ON include:

1-2+ years’ of administrative assistant experience
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (an asset)
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Superior attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multi-task
A flexible, positive attitude

This is an immediate need due to a personal leave so if you are available to work 3 days/week, preferably Wednesday to Friday (the days could be flexible within the business week) and meet the qualifications, please apply TODAY!
