Adecco is currently recruiting for a part-time front desk Administrative Clerk job opening in Toronto, ON. This is a temporary opening to assist an essential service medical office and it will have you working 2 days per week working every Saturday and Sunday with the working hours of 7:30am - 3:30pm - please note this is best suited for someone who wants ongoing, part-time work on the weekend as it has potential to become permanent down the road (remaining as weekends only). The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a medical office arena in a front desk or administrative capacity. The responsibilities for the part-time Medical Administrative Clerk job opening in Toronto, ON includes but is not limited to:

  • Pulling and re-filing paper files - high volumes for daily use but helping clean up un-filed items
  • Adding paperwork/written notes to files in a tidy, organized manner
  • Greeting individuals in a warm and friendly manner
  • Booking/scheduling/rescheduling appointments when needed
  • Providing in person patient support; questions, inquiries etc
  • Various clerical and support tasks as required.
  • **Please note that all PPE and equipment will be provided at the site

  • At least 6 months or more experience in a medical office (required)
  • High level of customer service/patient care; strong English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant, patient and confident personality
  • Strong attention to detail and quick problem-solving skills

  • Full vaccination required
