Adecco is currently recruiting for a part-time front desk Administrative Clerk job opening in Toronto, ON. This is a temporary opening to assist an essential service medical office and it will have you working 2 days per week working every Saturday and Sunday with the working hours of 7:30am - 3:30pm - please note this is best suited for someone who wants ongoing, part-time work on the weekend as it has potential to become permanent (still part-time) down the road. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a medical office arena in a front desk or administrative capacity. The responsibilities for the part-time Administrative Clerk job opening in Toronto, ON includes but is not limited to:

  • Greeting individuals in a warm and friendly manner
  • Booking/scheduling/rescheduling appointments
  • Pulling paper files, updating electronic files
  • Direct patient’s to exam rooms; ensure files in rooms and returned to front desk and filing area in a timely and accurate manner
  • Providing phone and in person patient support; questions, inquiries etc
  • Various other clerical and support tasks as required
  • This position requires standing, walking, bending and sitting throughout the day
  • **Please note that all PPE and equipment will be provided at the site

  • At least 6 months or more experience in a medical office; front desk experience preferred
  • High level of customer service/patient care; strong English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant, patient and confident personality
  • Strong attention to detail and quick problem-solving skills
  • Highly attentive and compliant to all safety precautions
  • Full vaccination required
