Adecco Employment Services is recruiting for a Full Time and a Part Time Greeter in Downtown, Vancouver. This is a contract position that will provide a great opportunity to work within a valued Customer Service role in a Government Consulate Environment. Both roles are 6 month contracts with a high chance of extension. 

Working hours for Full Time will be between 7:15am - 3:45pm Monday to Friday.
Working hours for Part Time will be between 8:00am - 12:00pm Monday to Friday.

Greeter Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the lines of applicants
  • Separate those applicants with special appointments
  • Maintain control over the lines and entry of the applicants
  • Distribute applications to the public taking into consideration the nationality of the applicants and if they need to complete other paperwork or not.
  • Check all applications to make sure they are complete
  • Remind the public of the time the whole process will take, and inform them that they will not be allowed to leave during this time
  • Give preferential service to those applicants with mental or physical handicaps so they can avoid waiting in line for an excessive amount of time
