Our client is looking for a flexible, mature, professional Payroll Administrative Clerk to work in their Toronto, ON location – close to the Yonge/Bloor subway stations. You will be joining a small, busy and dynamic finance and payroll team and providing them various administrative and clerical support in this full-time, permanent position. · Provide fast and accurate data entry of various items; invoices, payroll, reporting and more
· Electronic and paper filing and organization
· Prepare, run and edit various reports, invoices and other documents in a detailed and timely manner
· Database updating and documenting; filling, scanning and other related tasks
· Reconciling of reports and documents to ensure updated information is at hand
· General mathematical calculations when needed
· Provide phone support; liaise with internal teams, vendors and clients in a professional presentation
· Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned
