Adecco is currently hiring a Payroll & Billing Administrator in Burlington. Our client is looking for someone to run bi-weekly payroll for hourly & salary employees. The successful Payroll & Billing Administrator candidate will have a background in payroll, as well as general administrative support, with proficiency using Microsoft Office programs.

Payroll & Billing Administrator Responsibilities:

Completion of the bi-weekly hourly payroll and the bi-monthly salary payroll.
Complete the monthly WSB/EHT reconciliation and the vacation pay, bonus and commission accruals for the monthly close.
Process the commission payments twice per month.
Liaise with the salesmen and the Regional Sales Manager to ensure the commissions paid are accurate.
Collect all of the documentation in order to enter new employees on the Payroll.
Ensure that all T4s are sent to employees in a timely manner.
Responsible for completion of all invoicing to customers


Payroll & Billing Administrator Qualifications:

Ability to work in a cross-functional environment to reach a common goal.
Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally.
Excellent computer, administrative and customer service skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and under pressure.


Payroll & Billing Administrator Compensation:

Base Salary: 35-40k annually (based on experience level)
Vacation: 2 weeks paid
Benefits: Full benefits package upon completion of probationary period
