Payroll Administrator l $50K+ - $55K+ l Vancouver, BC l Permanent

Our client is looking for a Payroll Administrator with 1-2 years of full-cycle payroll experience. You will be working with a supportive team of payroll professionals in an office location easily accessible by transit. The client offers the qualified candidate a competitive benefits package as well as support and opportunity in professional development.


Process full cycle biweekly payroll, union and non-union
Prepare, maintain and verify accounting documents and entries related to payroll
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding payroll
Responsible for preparing ROE’s, WCB and remittances
Assist on other assigned duties for the overall improvement of the Payroll, HR, and Benefits Department


1-2 years of experience processing payroll
Advanced Excel skills, experience with Avanti is an asset
Knowledge of Provincial ESA legislation
Strong analytical abilities and organizational skills
