Adecco Mississauga is now recruiting for a Payroll Clerk for the Brampton area. Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, the payroll clerk position is accountable for collecting timekeeping information and issuing pay and payrelated information to employees. You will also be responsible for assisting the payroll supervisor with all activities that facilitate the weekly payroll process.

Key Accountabilities for the Payroll Clerk position
Prepare and process biweekly payroll for 3000+ employees
Input data accurately and ensure it is completed in the payroll system
Investigate and address various payroll issues
Address employees and service providers inquiries in a timely manner
Ensure Record of Employment forms are issued Comply with statutory regulations, such as Employment Standards, Canada Revenue Agency
Provide support to the Payroll Supervisor and others in the department as required
Assist in special projects as required

Key Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Attributes
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of payroll experience in full cycle process
College Diploma or University Degree Canadian
PCP payroll certification would be an asset
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Must be able to handle confidential information in an ethical and professional manner
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, positive team work attitude and a high degree of accuracy
Ability to respond appropriately under pressure situation with respectful and consideration manner
Excellent interpersonal skills
Exceptional time management skills
