We have an exciting opportunity to lead the Pay/Bill team in the Customer Solution Centre in London, ON. As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of associate payroll and billing functions. Being a payroll subject matter expert, you will provide direction and guidance to Pay/Bill Coordinators and resolve escalated payroll issues.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Adecco processes, previous management or supervisory experience and a strong track record of delivering WOW to their customers. They will be adept at problem resolution, identifying efficiencies and have the ability to pick up new technology quickly.

Functions of this position include:

Oversees all aspects of the associate payroll function for assigned lines of business.
Makes recommendations and implements efficiencies in payroll processes as required including the introduction of technology and automation where possible.
Selects, trains, develops and manages Pay/Bill Coordinators, providing coaching as needed and assisting with problem resolution.
Acts as an expert on client payroll and billing issues working with branches and clients directly to resolve escalated payroll issues.
Provides ongoing education and formal training to branch staff to further their knowledge and understanding of the payroll systems and processes.
Leads the reconciliation process of eTools for Vendor Management Systems and provides support to all subvendors with regards to reconciliation for large National Accounts.
Leads the implementation of time capture automation (time clocks, file feeds) and payroll related technology solutions with clients.
Acts as a back up to Pay/Bill Coordinators, completing payroll and billing functions for field branches as required.


Candidates must be flexible to work alternate hours in order to meet the needs of the business.
A minimum of three (3) years related experience.
Previous supervisory or management experience is required, preferably in a service-oriented environment
Experience with an automated payroll and billing system required
Working knowledge of applicable payroll legislation and requirements
Superior technological, communication and time management skills.
Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail applications.
Bilingual (English/French) an asset.
