Are you looking for a permanent career in the Prince Edward County area? Are you interested in gaining valuable experience in the hospitality industry? Adecco is currently recruiting for a variety of hospitality positions. Positions are permanent and candidates, once successful, would work directly for our client. Positions require candidates with fulltime availability and require candidates with the availability to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. The rate of pay for the positions available will be based on experience.

Positions Currently Available:
Guest Services Agent - 
Works as the primary point of contact with guests on the front desk. Key tasks include greeting customers, booking customer visits, providing customers with information on package stay deals, processing payments, performing administrative tasks, and answering phone and email inquiries. Candidates must have prior experience in the hospitality industry working in a similar front-line position and must have cash-handling experience.

Line Cook - Works as an essential member of the kitchen team to assist with the preparation of customer food orders. Key duties include storing incoming ingredients and products according to sanitation specifications, performing food prep duties such as washing and chopping fruits and vegetables and portioning/marinating meats, using grill tops, stove tops, ovens, steamers, and fryers to assist with the preparation of warm dishes, assembling salads, plating dishes, sanitizing work stations, and washing dishes, pots, and utensils. Candidates must have experience working in a kitchen setting and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Sous Chef - Works in a supervisory capacity within the kitchen to supervise and guide back of house staff with the end goal of producing high quality meals. Key duties will include assisting with the implementation of new menu items and participating in the constant development menu items, forecasting product for order, ordering product, receiving product and verifying the quantity and quality of incoming stock, guiding staff by communicating food prep requirements and allocating tasks to line cooks, and preparing high quality meals. Candidates must have a Red Seal designation and experience working as a Sous Chef or comparable role within the hospitality industry.

Housekeepers - Works as part of the housekeeping team to ensure that all areas within the establishment including guest rooms and main areas are clean and presentable with the end goal of optimizing guest experience and satisfaction. Essential tasks will include cleaning guest rooms and arranging furniture, bedding, towels, etc. as per hotel standards, cleaning and maintaining common areas of the hotel, stocking and maintaining a neat and orderly supply room, assisting guests by providing additional supplies as needed and answering guest questions, and reporting any lost/damaged items and repair requirements to supervisors. Candidates should be comfortable meeting the physical demands of this position including standing, reaching, bending, twisting, squatting, and walking throughout shifts and must have prior cleaning or housekeeping experience with preference given to those with this experience in a hotel/hospitality setting.

Requirements for Open Positions:
Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Availability to work full-time hours and to commit to working various shifts to accommodate business needs including early mornings, late evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed
