If you live in Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary, Vancouver, or Montreal, Adecco is currently hiring a Personal Income Tax Preparer for these different locations. To be considered for this Personal Income Tax Preparer role, you must have at least 1 year previous tax preparer experience, be proficient in using Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft, and Outlook, and be fluent in French and/or English.
Our client is one of Canada's leading professional services firms that provides audit, tax, enterprise risk, consulting, and financial advisory services. This is a 4-month contract position and has an hourly pay rate that ranges between $18.00 / hour - $20.00 / hour based on your location.  
Personal Income Tax Preparer Responsibilities:
• Prepare personal Canadian and US income tax returns
• Prepare personal Canadian and US gross-up calculations
• Review CRA notices of Assessments and draft appropriate response
• Keep the Senior/Manager informed of the progress
• Document and save all working papers appropriately
• Quickly learn Canadian and US tax software and other technology tools
Personal Income Tax Preparer Qualifications:
• University or College graduate
• 1+ years previous personal tax experience
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Outlook
• Ability to build excellent interpersonal relationships and proven ability to work in a team effectively
• Fluent in French and/or English
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency
• Discrete, available, autonomous and self-starter
