Adecco is currently seeking a highly skilled Planning and Scheduling Lead to join our clients team and to oversee project schedule development, progress measurement, and change management for our esteemed client in the oil and gas industry. As a key member of the project management team, you will ensure effective schedule management and foster capital efficiency in projects.

  • Location: Nanticoke, ON

  • Shifts: Monday-Friday

  • Job type: Long term contract | Full-time

Detailed Job Description:

  • Lead project schedule development, progress measurement, and change management.

  • Supervise Contractor's project control organization for effective schedule management.

  • Develop and maintain Level 1 and Level 2 integrated project schedules.

  • Review and endorse schedule and progress Baselines and forecasts.

  • Advise on potential schedule issues, providing corrective action guidance.

  • Monitor and report on schedule implications of changes.

  • Integrate subcontractors’ schedules and progress measurement system.

  • Analyze progress, schedule trends, and provide forecasts for decision making.

  • Foster capital efficiency in projects under department stewardship.

Candidate's Profile:

  • 10+ years in Project Controls, Project Services, and/or Planning/Scheduling.

  • Minimum 8 years of supervisory experience required.

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.

  • Prior experience in the oil and gas industry preferred.

  • Strong proficiency in Primavera Project Planner (P6).

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and respond quickly to urgent analysis requests.

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
