Collaborate with cross-functional teams to score and prioritize ideas and business support requests, ensuring resources are allocated to the most critical projects.

Lead process design reviews to identify areas for improvement, perform root cause analysis, and propose process changes to enhance efficiency.

Execute statistical analysis on new projects and ongoing implementations, utilizing techniques such as regression analysis and performance forecasting.

Facilitate Kaizen/Lean Sprints to drive process discovery workshops for both front office and back-office departments.

Provide on-demand support to business managers across the North American region for escalated cross-organizational solutioning.

Lead weekly project status team meetings to evaluate project health and implement risk mitigations to meet delivery targets.

Support benchmarking workshops to introduce new tools and techniques for process standardization, redesign, and automation.

Develop and execute Lean Process forums to foster cross-organizational education and promote best practices.

Act as a mentor to Lean Change Agents and Lean Champions, ensuring consistent application of lean processes across the North American region.

Lead prospective students through the internal certification program, enabling them to apply lean methodologies and become certified internal Lean Change Agents.

Engage with community leaders, business groups, and customers to anticipate business needs and drive proactive improvements.

Track and report project roadmaps against KPOs/KPI commitments, providing valuable data for process measurement and decision-making.

Develop metrics and key performance indicators to measure process performance and facilitate data-driven improvements.

Responsible for leading projects through implementation level 3, including financial and non-financial contributions.

This position requires the ability to work and reside in Canada and may involve up to 15% travel within North America.
Candidate's Profile:

Six Sigma Greenbelt certification is required.

Proficient in data visualization and reporting techniques.

Skilled in performing statistical analysis.

Experience in strategy execution through the design of new models.

Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or other workflow automation tools.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in agile/lean methodologies, including DMAIC, DFSS, Kaizen, and PI planning.

3 years of experience in the automotive or financial industry.

Bachelor's degree, preferably with a Master's degree in Finance or Business.

Proven experience of 3+ years in a related industry and/or automotive/financial sector.

Must be eligible to work in Canada and travel to the US.
