Processing Administrator II

Adecco is currently hiring for a Processing Administrator role to work from home for our client located in Toronto, On. To qualify for the Processing Administrator position, you must have exceptional communication skills both written and oral, organization skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment. You must also have knowledge in using Excel.

Our client is a large, reliable, and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 6 months full time contract with the possibility of extension, paying $ 17.20 an hour.

Processing Administrator Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for complex data processing tasks such as defining, quantifying, and analyzing errors with efficiency and accuracy
  • Execute transactions with accuracy, completeness and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Analyze trends and recommend workflow changes and processing improvements including system enhancements.
  • Ability to report system issues and analyze and interpret data according to predefined rules/methodologies
  • Processing Administrator Role Main Requirements:

  • Completion of high school required. Post secondary preferred
  • Ability to work independently and multitask
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Have exceptional technical capabilities and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience and knowledge in Financial services
