Adecco is currently recruiting for an Officer, Procurement to Pay Support. This is a full-time permanent role to work with our Crown Corporation client located in Ottawa, ON. 
The candidate must hold a Security Clearance or be eligible for one.
The Officer, Procurement to Pay Support will have the following responsibilities:
-    Participating in and leads various procurement-to-pay system assessments, system enhancement and development projects;
-    Developing and reviewing business requirements documents to ensure that the management and system controls are identified;
-    Ensuring that procurement-to-pay business processes follow corporate policies and practices;
-    Leading and managing the design and integration of new business processes or enhancements;
-    Working with the IT service provider to plan and manages the design, testing and - implementation of pilot processes; 
-    Creating learning and knowledge transfer opportunities to improve the knowledge and skills of internal business owners;
-    Leading and managing the set-up, testing and implementation of new and existing e-Invoicing suppliers and of the e-Catalogue;
-    Providing analysis and reporting anomalies for various processes such as Vendor Master, Travel Module, eProcurement SAP SRM...
-    Developing and maintaining procedures and job aids to support eProcurement, Procurement and Accounts Payable groups;
-    Providing expert interpretation and guidance on the functionality and integration points of the various system modules;
-    Assisting with the review of systems security and controls;
-    Providing oversight on certain day-to-day team activities and project-related activities carried out by Officers.
The Officer, Procurement to Pay Support must meet the following mandatory requirements:
-    College or University degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or any other business-related field;
-    PMP certification, SCMP certification, or an Accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) are considered an asset;
-    2 years minimum of work experience leading medium to large projects;
-    2 years minimum of work experience with SAP modules;
-    1 year minimum of work experience within an Accounts Payable, Procurement or Supply Chain Management field;
-    Experience analyzing and reporting related information;
-    Strong business acumen, negotiations skills, and relationship building skills;
-    Sound organizational skills and strong attention to detail;
-    Strong communications and presentation skills (Microsoft Word, Power Point);
-    Ability to multi-task and work within multi stakeholder environments;
-    Previous experience supervising, and leading employees is considered an asset.
