Adecco is currently hiring for a Procurement Vendor Associate to work remotely for our client located in Toronto, ON. To qualify for the Procurement Vendor Associate role, you must have business communication skills, experience in supporting third-party workforce programs as well as contribute to the execution of strategic VMS objectives.
Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 1-year contract full time position, paying $30/hr.
Procurement Vendor Associate Main Responsibilities:
Lead in supporting day to day operational initiatives and activities
Identify areas for process improvement for Contingent and Headcount Tracking
Lead in annual vendor performance assessments
Manage escalations from clients
Monitor weekly operations reports and onboarding
Maintain program documentation and support change management processes
Adhere to industry regulations and operating procedures in reporting and compliance management
Procurement Vendor Associate Main Requirements:
Post secondary education required
Minimum 5 years progressive related experience in vendor/contract management, staffing industry or supply chain
Experience with third-party workforce program and best practices
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Solid critical thinking and influencing skills
Exceptional customer service and analytical skills
A team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams
