Adecco is currently recruiting for a Product Manager for a 24-Month contract with our Crown Corporation Client in Toronto or Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance or be eligible for it.
The Product Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Collect, review and synthesize existing insights from internal and external data sources and research.  
  • Develop value propositions and content to be used in sales/customer collateral and training materials.
  • Participate and support team in all product development activities.
  • Working with the broader team, identifying additional research to be done to validate value proposition, advance to insights and actionable thought leadership.
  • Engage with Product team, Sales, Learning/Development and Marketing teams to assemble best practices, into relevant industry vertical solutions.
  • Identify personas for product portfolio, key decision points.
  • Link business customer and consumer customer needs and value drivers together into an end-to-end journey map.
  • Create briefs, work with relevant internal and external teams.
  • Measure and assess existing in-market programs and provide recommendation for optimization.
  • Review industry influencer and value chain for mail, and use insights to understand how to get the then to invest in Mail Visibility and other solutions that will add value to Lettermail and Smartmail Marketing.
  • The Product Manager must meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • MBA or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent education with relevant experience.
  • 6+ years’ experience in a Marketing, Customer insights and Product Management. 
  • Experience working with Product, Sales, Learning/Development and Marketing teams.
  • Proven ability to leverage available information to identify market or customer insights, highlight relevancy & implications for the business and define strategic direction for growth.
  • Strong written and oral skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders at multiple levels.  
  • Experience in a complex and large organizations. Experience in the print industry considered an asset.
