Adecco is currently assisting our manufacturing client in the West end to fill the position of Production Assembler. Working as part of the Production Assembler, you must have the ability to work shifts - 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts available.

The ideal candidate for the position of Production Assembler will produce final products through the manual assembly of individual components of varying sizes and configurations according to approved work instructions. This work is of a precise nature and is performed within a controlled environment where temperature, humidity and contamination are closely monitored.

Requirements for Production Assembler

  • Operate various production equipment including, but not limited to, standard hand tools, custom fixtures, and other customer specific tooling
  • Assemble customer cartridges of varying design
  • Perform in-process inspection of goods as produced
  • Maintain documentation according to Quality Management System
  • Other duties as assigned and deemed appropriate for this position.
  • Requirements for Production Assemble

  • OSSD or equivalent.
  • Additional relevant technical training certificates and/or College diplomas will be considered an asset. 
  • Working within a regulated environment
  • Laboratory safety and/or WHMIS training
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Good eyesight and hand / eye coordination
  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Responsible, dependable and with a strong work ethic
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to work with a diverse set of tasks and responsibilities
