Adecco is currently hiring for a temp to perm Production Leader Trainee position in Bowmanville, ON. To qualify for this Production Leader Trainee role, you must have strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong computer, and data entry skills. Our client is looking for someone who is willing to grow within a company, can lead a team or, work independently. You must be comfortable with the smell of marijuana, as the scent within this facility is strong. Paying $16.00/hr

Production Leader Responsibilities:

 

• Maintain the highest level of cleanliness, maintenance and sterility          

• Hand Trim or Machine Trim product

• Prepare rooms for production at the beginning of the day, including equipment calibration

• Shredding and operation of pre-roll equipment

• Weighing products per SOP requirements

• Daily shipping of small orders in large volume to end users ensuring order is picked, verified, and packed according to SOPs                

 

Production Leader Qualifications:

 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment              

• Willingness to perform a variety of task as required

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to lift to 50lbs

• Strong computer and data entry skills

• Shift work may be required
