Program Engagement Specialist


Adecco is hiring a Program Engagement Specialist to join our external training team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the communication, promotion and coordination functions to support candidate engagement and successful completion of the Adecco Training Program.

Program Engagement Specialist Functions:

Manages a continuous cycle of candidate engagement, customer feedback and opportunities for improvement in the Reskilling, Relaunching and Recognition pillars of the Training Program.
As an ambassador for the program, actively participates in the promotion of Adecco’s strategic framework to customers in virtual or face to face meetings.
Engages and motivates candidates, providing coaching and ongoing support throughout the program in order to deliver a unique value proposition to our customers and increase candidate retention rates.
Works closely with internal and external training partners to manage expectations, monitor course completion and support candidates throughout process.
Follows up with clients to review the performance of candidates placed and discuss future opportunities to reskill their workforce.
Networks and maintains relationships with customers to identify placement opportunities for candidates who have successfully re/upskilled.
Maintains thorough documentation utilizing Adecco technology and completes reports as required.

Program Engagement Specialist Requirements:

Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
Minimum three (3) years experience within a customer service or program administration role.
Proficient with MS Office products.
Experience using a CRM database.
Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset.
Superior organizational skills. While meeting deadlines consistently, can effectively manage multiple tasks, and prioritize any new tasks as required.
Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using strong analytical skills.
Proven consistently high levels of customer service performance, with an ability to build and maintain strong customer and candidate relationships.
