Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary Project Administrator in Burnaby, BC. To be considered for this Project Administrator role, you must have 1-3 years Customer Service Experience, 1-year Accounting Experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Our client is a diversified industrial manufacturer with market-leading brands serving customers in global commercial, industrial and residential markets. This is a 3 months contract position and has a pay rate of $29.10 / hour.
Project Administrator Responsibilities:
• Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction
• Communicates with customers 
• Ensures compliance with internal ordering processes
• Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion
• Controls expenses by monitoring assigned project budget
• Creates and makes revisions to project schedules including generating tasks, estimates, dependencies; and milestones
• Responsible for project cash-flow management: progress billing, collections support and monitoring, and resource management 
• Ensures that quality standards are maintained for assigned projects
• Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff
• Establishes a professional relationship with the customer and interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews
• Obtains acceptance and timely sign-off of the project by the customer
• Ability to write professional business correspondence.  
Project Administrator Qualifications: 
• A degree is not required but is considered an asset
• 1 year of Accounting Experience required
• 1-3 years of Customer Service experience required 
• Experience working with people
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel
• Ability to Multi-task
• Excellent Organize skills 
• Must be a team player
• Excellent Detail-oriented skills
