Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our client’s team in Edmonton, AB. In this role you will provide support, advice, resources and guidance to clients, contractors and staff in matters pertaining to pre-bid sales, project management, project execution and project close-out processes and procedures. This role works under the direction of the Director and supports Field Service Managers to assist in driving projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project documentation: proposals, contracts, schedules, RFIs, change orders, and invoices.

  • Serve as the central information source, maintaining and distributing project details.

  • Collaborate with Field Service Managers on work plans, project schedules, and updates.

  • Develop and maintain account policies and procedures with operations and business development teams.

  • Administer project setup and data coordination using MS Project and Excel.

  • Distribute and validate project cost reports.

  • Organize and maintain project portals and filing systems.

  • Assist with client invoice preparation and tracking.

  • Prepare purchase requisitions and manage timesheet duties

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • Minimum three years of project/contract administration experience.

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management certification, or relevant experience.

  • Experience in engineering, construction, or industrial projects.

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, and Dynamic AX.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
