Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Project Administrator to work for our client, a reputable company located in Saskatoon, SK. To qualify for this role, you must have strong document management skills, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience within a Word Processing / document formatting environment.   • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Format / edit technical documents, reports and marketing proposals as per company standard templates, using advanced MS Word skills
  • Format tables and manipulate up to 500 page documents
  • Manipulate data and have the ability to use headers/footers, search & replace and be able to do other advanced functions in Word and Excel
  • Perform additional administrative responsibilities as required
  • Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • 5-6 years of experience within a Word Processing / document formatting environment preferably in a professional services environment, is required
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, in addition to Adobe Acrobat
  • A background in engineering/consulting/construction is very advantageous
  • Must have a minimum typing speed of 70 wpm, solid technical skills as well as corporate experience
  • Must possess above average command of written English, spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Should have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Able to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and attention to detail is crucial for success
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills are also a must
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
