Our client, a large industrial automation distributor is seeking an experienced Priority Accounts Operation to join their team in GTA, ON. Ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of  experience with Project Management (PMP), Sales and Business Operational with advanced knowledge of Excel and other MS office systems.

Key responsibilities and skills required include:

Project Management

  • Minimum 5 years of experience, PMP accreditation or willingness to get accredited
  • New Contracts planning, coordination and implementation
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and manage timelines/resources
  • Prepare and execute Value Creation Whiteboard Events
  • Gather, track, and support Cost savings generation using clients Productivity Pipeline
  • Business Development / Optimization of Profitability

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Customer service roles within the industry
  • Plan, coordinate and Implement PA Account Sales growth and profitability strategies
  • Actively engage with, and support VP’s, Directors and RM’s
  • Strengthen and develop relationships with PA accounts to position BDI to retain and renew  client agreements, including Leading Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Integration solutions of new products and services
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations (Rollouts, Target, QBRs) both in person and virtually
  • Operational

  • Oversee the effective management of all client RFP’s and unique PA account site specific projects in conjunction with field sales/operations teams and Central Support teams
  • PA Agreement maintenance activities including margining up large files
  • Supplier MDA negotiations
  • Support efforts to promote and improve clients Supply Chain services
  • Pricing and Quotation of Excel files from Crib Crawls, OEM, RFQ,RFP client sources
  • Software skills:

  • Microsoft Excel experience is mandatory (Vlookup, Pivot Tables)
  • Ability to work with all Virtual Meeting Platforms – MS Teams, GTM, Zoom, Webex
  • Microsoft PowerPoint experience is mandatory
  • Microsoft Office - experience is mandatory
  • Microsoft Project Management – working knowledge is an asset
  • SAP/BW - working knowledge is an asset
  • Work from home, travelling required when work resumes

    Salary Compensation: $75,000-$80,000 + bonus + benefits + car allowance
