Project Coordinator Responsibilities

Provide quotes for projects
Planning and preparation of small, medium, and large design projects
Contract compliance and execution
Administrative duties
Reading and interpretation technical drawings
Report to project manager and leads
Schedule Preparation
Document Control
Project open and closeout

Project Coordinator Qualifications

3+ years of work experience
Educational background in business, engineering, or architecture
Willingness to learn about the project lifecycle and best practices
Microsoft Excel, Word, Project
