Adecco is currently recruiting to a full time permanent Project Coordinator - Engineering job in Edmonton, AB. The Project Coordinator - Engineering will be responsible for providing project and administrative support to a team of 4 Engineers. Project Coordinator - Engineering Responsibilities:


Provide administrative support to a team of Engineers by setting up and opening new files, maintaining and updating and generating and processing invoices
Acting as a back up to Administrator by preparing correspondence and maintaining working files
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Acting as a point of contact for basic questions pertaining to open projects


Qualifications:

intermediate level administrative skills, particularly with MS Office including Word and Excel and ideally experience utilizing an ERP System
basic understanding and experience with full cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections
knowledge of spreadsheet creation and manipulation
the ability to create correspondence at a professional level
experience in maintaining a data base
some work history in construction/project administration and/or engineering
a history of meeting deadlines in a timely and accurate manner
some understanding of industry terminology
excellent time management skills and the ability to work for multiple colleagues
a strong work ethic
