Adecco is hiring for a Project Coordinator in Vancouver, BC. In this role, you will be the internal focal point for all things related to our upcoming office move - we like to call this “business readiness”. 

Start Date:       ASAP
End Date:        9-12 months
Location:         Vancouver Office      
Pay Rate:        $30.00+

Specific responsibilities include
•    Contribute to the creation of the end-to-end business readiness plan (ex.  Office clean up, records management, packing, vendor selection processes, move logistics, etc.)
•    Track all key deliverables, milestones and activities related to the business readiness project plan
•    Liaise with department leaders and sr. management teams to organize and coordinate clean up and packing ahead of the office move
•    Provide support to department appointed move champions as needed

What you bring
•    Previous move management experience, preferably supporting offices of 100,000 sq ft or more
•    Project planning and coordination experience
•    Superior organization and time management skills 
•    Strong oral and written communication skills 
•    Client centric, collaborative mindset with ability to bring people together across work streams
•   3 Top experience must be seen on the resume; Experience in Move management, Microsoft office, and MS Project)
