  • Shifts: Monday - Friday | 8 hours per day
  • Job type: Full-time | Temporary | 1-year contract
  • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead a subset of opportunities with guidance from senior development lead
  • Communicate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
  • Identify team members and establish credibility
  • Facilitate project planning sessions to gather input and incorporate into project scope
  • Define scope of work required to explore options
  • Work with engineering vendors to execute specific scope of work
  • Identify root value driver for opportunities by differentiating between symptoms and root cause of business problems
  • Categorize and structure path forward around opportunities and risks
  • Handle multi-variable problems in one business area
  • Articulate risks associated with initiatives and problems
  • Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • Undergraduate degree and/or professional designation is needed
  • Minimum 15 years of project development and business experience within the oil & gas industry is a must
  • Experience in midstream commercial and/or operations is preferred
  • Strong business acumen and technical knowledge to make optimal financial and risk mitigation decisions is needed
  • Project management experience is an asset
  • Should be an accomplished professional with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
