Detailed Job Description: As the Project Management Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing project management processes and methodologies aligned with industry best practices and project requirements.
Leading and mentoring project teams, ensuring successful project outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
Creating and maintaining project management tools, templates, and resources to facilitate efficient project execution.
Managing project plans, action items, and milestone timelines for assigned projects, while overseeing budgets and resource allocation.
Facilitating project team meetings and maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitoring project progress and reporting through various channels, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation strategies.
Cultivating relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and project partners.
Mentoring project management team members and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of project lifecycles and portfolio.
Candidate's Profile: To excel in this role, you should possess:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (production, mechanical, or chemical), Business, or related fields, or equivalent relevant work experience.
7+ years of Project Management experience, including 3+ years of supervisory experience.
Experience with large multinational firms and exposure to start-ups or mergers/acquisitions.
Project Management certification is highly desirable, along with proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Budgeting and financial management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
An international mindset, willingness to travel occasionally within Ontario and internationally (~10%).
Flexibility with work hours to accommodate time zone differences and potential overtime when required.
