Adecco is currently recruiting a Project Manager for our client in Burlington. To qualify for this Project Manager role, you must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in project management, and particularly within the construction industry. You will be responsible for all aspects of planning and execution of the on-time delivery of project components. Your primary role will be to develop, execute, and manage projects from start to finish including schedule development, resource coordination, and ensuring budgets are being followed. The Project Manger role is a full-time, permanent role. The salary for the position will range between 50 to 60k annually, dependent on previous experience.

 

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee project completion from start to finish
  • Initiate plans with clients, prepare internal resources (crews, materials, etc.), budget costs, monitor progress, and communicate project status with clients/internal teams
  • Ensure all client concerns are dealt with and resolved in a timely manner
  • Maintain business relationships between client and internal teams
     
  • Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of related project management experience in construction
  • Detail oriented, organized
  • Ability to work remotely on client sites, or in office
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute project plans to achieve specific goals within tight timelines. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to lead teams with minimal supervision 
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office software programs 
  • High degree of professionalism and relationship management
