Adecco is currently recruiting for a full time Contract Project manager role in Calgary, AB. The contract for 8 months, with strong possibility of extension into the following year. The primary function of the successful candidate would be to manage multiple projects on a Pivot-Ed Platform, while also managing partner relations, project coordination and outstanding organizational skills. The client is a post-secondary institution located in downtown Calgary, AB.

 

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain client relationships
  • Strategy management and implementation at a senior level
  • Coordinate business development activities to ensure revenue growth
  • Working alongside the Deans and Directors, and Marketing and Communication on sales strategies and processes
  • Develop new partnerships
  • Thorough understanding of product roadmaps and management and scheduling of selected projects
  • Grow and promote Pivot-Ed knowledge base with clients
  • Coordinate and organize various aspects of client leads and managing several projects on the Pivot-Ed platform.
  • Working with a variety of different ITS System integration

 

Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • 2-5 years of related experience in business development and/or project management
  • Experience working in a post-secondary environment would be an asset
  • Proven ability to build relationships in a collaborative environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully developing and managing budgets
  • Ability to travel
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Visio
