Adecco is currently recruiting Project Manager This is a 6- month contract. This role is with our Crow Corporation Client located in Ottawa. The successful candidate must hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance or be eligible for one

The Project Manager – Intermediate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of a unified test plan for equipment installation contract & validation activities in MS project;
  • Facilitate cross functional meetings to identify project activities and dependencies;
  • Create and maintain the MS project plan;
  •  Prepare and communicate schedule development process, key issues, and risks; and
  • Analyze different scheduling scenarios and summarize results to project stakeholders  
  • The Project Manager- Intermediate must meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft project, including advance resource leveling functions;
  • University or College Degree in business Administration, engineering or equivalent
  • PMP certification is preferred;
  • Minimum 5 years recent experience developing schedule, budgets, cost estimates, manpower projection and resource allocation;
  • Experience in project reporting and monitoring – key issues and risks, schedule and cost tracking;
  • Experience in preparing and making presentation to a variety of stakeholders;
  • Excellent working knowledge of the MS Office Suite- Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook; and
  • Prior experience on technical equipment commissioning projects is preferred.
