Adecco is currently hiring a full-time, Project Manager to work a full-time Contract for one of our top clients, a Market leader majoring in providing safe, innovative energy solutions and located in Regina, SK. To be considered for this Project Manager role, you must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and a track record of successfully delivering projects. The Project Manager would be responsible and accountable for completing Project Management deliverables from the detailed planning phase to the closeout of capital projects and/or programs.

Responsibilities:
Complete and coordinate detailed project plans
Define and manage project scope using established change control processes
Create cost estimates and manage project financials in accordance with governance
Develop and manage project schedule
Facilitate project communication, including regular meetings, stakeholder updates and project reporting
Facilitate cross-discipline communication and collaboration while fostering a positive team environment
Coordinate the timely completion of project deliverables
Create, manage and close project logs (Change, Risk, Issues, Lessons Learned, Deficiencies), including escalation to ensure timely resolution
Perform general project administration tasks, including the closure of completed projects
Requirements:
Post-secondary education is a must
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Science, or a College diploma in Business, Technology, Science or Engineering PMP is preferred
Minimum of 8 years of work experience relevant to project management, construction or natural gas/oil industry with three years of direct Project Management experience.
Experience in an Oil and Gas Projects Environment is an asset
Have a track record of successful project delivery
Collaborative leadership style with proven ability to build relationships with all types of project stakeholders
Experience with the following software would be beneficial MS Office, MS Project, Primavera P6, MS Project Server, SharePoint
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
