Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, Project Manager to work directly for our client located in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will champion work under the guidance of the IT Technology Group in the PMO in coordination with the team members, and the Project Manager is required to handle day-to-day support, Leveraging their extensive experience as a Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
Assess the performance of project teams to ensure that the targets and deadlines are met in due time.
Working with clients to detail specific project deliverables
Creating a timeline of goals to be met
Developing project plans for clients and staff
Delegating project tasks to teams best suited to complete them
Tracking project performance and analyzing deliverables against requirements
Ensuring that all budgetary objectives are met, making adjustments as needed
Overseeing junior staff and teams to ensure that work continues on budget and schedule
Hold meetings with the project team regularly to review project deliverables and ensure that the deadlines are met.
Create monthly reports on the overall performance and the targets achieved; point out the areas of improvement and give recommendations accordingly.
Identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities efficiently
Identify innovative ways to understand the needs of the customers and increase customer satisfaction.
Communicate ideas and viewpoints on various opportunities to the senior management.
Requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, IT, or a related field
Business process modeling training—certification preferred
Experience working with IBM Maximo Asset Management Tool
Experience working on an EAM project/Implementation
High level understanding of Enterprise Asset Management practices and Maintenance
Experience implementing Mobile Applications and Mobile Technologies
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Good communication skills
Leadership skills
Problem-solving and analytical skills
